Australia Post has for some time suspended their Express Post Guarantee, It still remains the fastest postage option, for more information check out this link ttps://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/express-post/express-post-guarantee Delays due to Australia Post are beyond my control.
The next thing that I need to make clear is I post 1 – 2 times per week, as per the Postage information Page, Fiberific is a small business, and while I do try to hit the post office as often as I can, it is not daily post out, If you have opted for Express Post, this is the cost Australia post charges for their Express Post service. If you choose the Express Post option, this does not mean it will go to the post office any earlier, just that when it does Australia Post will ship it faster.
