📅 The Schedule

  • Friday, May 21: Doors open at 2:00 PM

  • Saturday, May 22: All day and Night workroom access.

  • Sunday, May 23: Room check-out is at 9:00 AM; workroom access concludes at 1:30 PM.

🛌 Accommodation & Amenities

Enjoy comfortable, shared accommodations with ensuite.

  • Room Sharing: 2 people per room. Each room features two sets of king-single bunk beds (4 beds total). You get to choose your preference: Top or Bottom bunk!  If you don’t specify a room buddy, one will be assigned to you.

  • Ensuite & Comfort: Every room features its own private ensuite shower, toilet, and air conditioning (master-controlled on/off switch only).

  • Kitchenette: Includes a microwave, fridge, and kettle for your convenience. Please note there is not cutlery or crockery in the room.

🎒 What to Pack

While basic linen is provided (sheets, a basic pillow, pillowcase, light blanket, and a towel), we want you to be as cozy as possible! We highly recommend bringing your own:

  • Preferred pillows

  • An extra warm blanket or sleeping bag

  • A bath mat

  • A face washer

  • Your Craft Projects!

🍽️ Dining & Dietary Information

Relax and let the on-site chefs take care of the cooking.

  • Strictly NO NUTS: The Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct is a strict no-nut venue. No outside food is permitted on site.

  • Allergies Accommodated: The kitchen is fully equipped to handle medical dietary requirements, including Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Egg-Free needs.

    • Note: Please specify medical allergies rather than lifestyle preferences during registration so the chefs can accurately cater to your safety.

Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and plans change! However, because we must lock in non-refundable commitments with the venue ahead of time, we have to strictly adhere to the following schedule. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing:

  • Cancellations before January 6, 2027: You will receive a full refund of your paid amount.

    • Note: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be minus any PayPal processing fees. Direct deposit payments will be refunded in full with no extra fees.

  • Cancellations between January 6 and April 20, 2027: You will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations on or after April 21, 2027: Because we must make our final, non-refundable headcount payments to the venue by this date, we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made after April 21. Thank you so much for your understanding!
