The Majacraft skeiners are made from New Zealand Tawa wood.
The freestanding skeiner has 3 legs for stability and a bobbin bar and tension knob for ease of control. The freestanding skeiner also has all you need to use it on your Majacraft wheel as a wheel skeiner.
The Wheel skeiner really is the moving body from the free standing skeiner, just undo the knob and install it onto your wheel as per the youtube video from Majacraft!
