Why you may ask? Over the years I have had a few people abuse the surface mail option. Unfortunately, it has happened again this week. I hate to have the one bad apple spoils the lot on this, but as a small businnes I cannot wear the costs of both lost stock and paypal refunds as I cannot ‘prove’ that I have shipped the item. If you are a business offering Surface Mail or non tracked mail to try to help out your customers, I highly recommend you consider removing this option.
